I have started my weight loss trek two weeks ago and now am 6 pounds lighter. This next week I plan on amping things up a bit by starting the South Beach Diet and getting back to my Turbo Jam workouts. I will soon be purchasing the new Turbo Fire. The creator of The Turbo work outs Chalene Johnson has inspired me through the music she uses and the way she talks you back into the workout on the dvd's. I don't want to stop at a mere 6 pounds, it's going to keep going until I feel I am finished. Now off to the grocery store to get the foods I need.
